auto create serial number and number with text

hi all,

We required two things

one is

Book1
	A	B
1	S.No	Name
2	1	Test 1
3	2	TEst2
4	3
Sheet1

in the above sheet, we required that if we add any name B2:B, it will add next serial number in A

Second is

Book1
	A	B
1	S.No	Name
2	TT100&&	Test 1
3	TT101&&	TEst2
4	TT103&&
Sheet1

same query with adding some text before and after

help pls
