Because I have a total that feeds in I need to alter the row of information so the grand total as it where alters to.
I am building a Bradford factor sheet that formulates amount of sick time an employee takes off. So idealy the complete row of information needs to be taken on Anniversary. This then effects and subtracts th total.

It is a spesific way of measuring absence at work by a forumula. Its the number of days off sick in a 52 year period x duration of last sick period. number of occurances within the year
Each individual case of absence is subtracted from the over all score on the anniversary.
Does that make it any clearer. It took me ages to grasp the concept.

Tell us what cells(Rows 7 Columns) contain each part of the data and also, how each is entered in the SS. What defines the duration? Do you subtract by days or hours? can you post a sample or upload a n example file to a host such as box.net?
