Auto divided

I hope you can help.
I have the averages in column J that are calculated from the values in C,D and E but if one is blank it needs to be divided by one or two automatically instead of changing it manually in column J.
For example column C and D have a value but E is empty so C and D are totaled and divided by two. Is their a formula that can do that auto matically?

=average(c12:e12)

By the way, your sheet will look better on the board and be easier to read without all those things everywhere. You can avoid those by clicking the 'View Source' button in the HTML Maker (rather than the 'Please click this button to send the source to the clipbord' button) and then selecting all the resulting code to copy to your post.
