Need help on Auto Fill-in Ranking (with Name) on Relevant Ranking Column

Working sheet link (in Google Drive) can edit

Rank.png

Column J to L is the desired outcome.
Column M to O consist of formula that turn same name in to Ranking (can skip this, the formula is working)

Problem/Question:

Column G to I
The formula I'm using is working only if the Sponsor Ranking is Level 4 (Highest level).
If sponsor Ranking is 1, it'll fill with the sponsor of the sponsor, this process will continue until it reach the rank. (Each column of ranking will fill w sponsor of that rank, if the Agent itself is that ranking, will fill with his/her name instead)

Agent = 1
Pre Leader = 2
Leader = 3
Senior Leader = 4
