Hello, for my work I generate timesheets for sometimes as many as 100 people in a given week, with a report that I do daily with their times in it. I was wondering if there was a way for me to generate a given week's worth of timesheets by only entering in the information into my master document.

My theory is if I have all 5 master documents in one workbook, then I could generate weekly timesheets based off of who is in. Each person on my master sheet is assigned a number in an adjacent column. So for example it might be

1John Doe
2Jane Smith

ETC. But since not every day may not have the same person working.

Is there a way to do this without just linking 100 more sheets into my workbook slowing down the whole thing? Could it be generated as a separate document? Maybe someone knows of a plugin or something that could do it?

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Have you looked at any of the existing templates in Excel to see if they may meet your requirements

I have yeah, I have a template for the timesheets already I was just hoping to auto fill them, but for example if I only have 1-5 and 20-30 working, then I have no need for the other 80 sheets. So what I'm looking for is something that can dynamically generate the sheets as needed.
