auto open user form at windows logon

I need to have the excel work book (userform built in workbook) automatically open during the system logon before anyother applications are opened from the user.

please let me know how to do this.

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
