One of the cells in my Excel sheet contains a formula that I need to refresh every 10 minutes automatically.

Kindly provide guidance on how to accomplish this using a macro.

Thank you in advance.

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Hi

A formula calculates instantly. Unless you have set the calculation mode to "Manual".

It is actually a special formula offered by MarketXLS.com to pull external data using an API. I have to go into the cell and press enter before it can refresh it.

The rest of the Excel formulas automatically calculate.

Thanks

Quote from marketxls.com:

How do you automatically update stock prices in Excel?
You can either use streaming functions to stream real time prices inside excel automatically, or you can use =qm_last(symbol) functions and press refresh button at the top left corner of marketxls to update the stock price in excel.
