Hi everyone,
I need help with and auto sort problem I am running into. I am not real familiar with macros and code on excel so this is posing a bit of a problem for me. What I need to do is sort a list of employees by the last date they worked so that the employee who worked last is on the bottom and who is up next for overtime is on top. The whole row needs to move as the last date worked is input. I also it need to work over multiple workbooks. The workbook is shared among other managers so they can put dates in as well.
Example;
Last Date worked Employee Name Subgroup
9/1/2012 John Doe 1 Driver
9/4/2012 John Doe 2 Accounting
8/12/2012 John Doe 3 Security
5/10/2012 John Doe 4 Sales

Each subgroup needs a sheet containing the last date they worked for their subgroup, but it also needs to update on a sheet containing all employees. For example if sheet 1 is all employees, sheet 2 sales and sheet 3 is drivers. If a driver works last he needs to move to the bottom of his sheet and to the bottom of the all employees sheet. And it needs to work by simply changing the last date worked.

I have been working on this for a few days now and could really use some help. Thanks to anyone who can help me with this problem..
