Autocalculate seems not to be working

Good morning all, in cell A1 I have the formula =NOW()
When I open the worksheet it displays the correct time, but does not update. Tools, options, is set to autocalculate.

shift-del I know that updates, but the application needs to work on the correct time all the time...

I think you have to add more information/data for the helpers. Otherwise look for an other app that fullfills your needs.

Analog Clock displayed over worksheet made purely with APIs !

Hi all. I've been experimenting with some GDI APIs to create an analog clock and this is what i've come up with so far. - Not exactly a very useful thing but was interesting to code and it is an alternative to the known clock made of an XY chart. Tested on one PC only running WIN XP Excel...

If you are using NOW() then this only updates when the sheet is updated.
To get a true dynamic time you would need to have a Timer Control which constantly updates (messy!).
