I have a sheet that has multiple people and the corresponding dates for when they last attended meetings. I have already set up function that highlights the cells for when they need to next attend the meeting.
Each person has almost 50 meetings to their names.
Is it possible to automatically email a specific person when they need to attend the meeting, possibly with a link to the meeting resources if possible.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
It is probably doable. You'll have to provide some data if you want assistance. Ideally you post a workbook with fake-but-realistic data that a helper can work with. Use the link icon above the message area. Put the file on Dropbox or 1Drive.

When you say "automatically" what triggers the action? I imagine a macro with a button that iterates through the names looking for people who should attend a meeting. Does that sound right? The data would have to have a "reference" to meeting materials (file(s)) so the macro can attach it/them to emails.
