Hi All,

This may be a relativly simple one ( I Hope ).

I have a spreadsheet with a master sheet called Data Entry that contains all the data, from this data various other sheets in the workbook are populated using the formula ='Data Entry'!G354

Sometimes when people make changes to the Data Entry sheet they forget to refresh the connections, hence the updates does not appear anywhere on the linked sheets.

Is there a way to automate the Refresh All ( Ctrl+Alt+F5 ) function to run with a popup msg box warning of the updates when the spreadsheet is closed?

Many Thanks

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
There aren't any connections when formulas reference worksheets in the same workbook. All that's needed is calculate (F9). You could put Application.Calculate in the Workbook_BeforeClose event procedure.
