Hello all,

I'm trying to use VBA to accomplish the following task.

20 call center agents need training. The training is one hour long and a max of 4 agents can attend each session. The sessions may not be scheduled back to back. The training should be scheduled at a time when it impacts the call volume the least. More agents cannot be hired.

Is there a way to automate this? I'm new to VBA, but I figure there has to be an easier way than just guessing and checking which time works. Thank you for any help you are able to provide.
