OK, hopefully I can explain myself here.....
In A2, I input a specific text string, e.g. AB12345 (Staff Number).
In J2 I have used the formula, =IF(TODAY()>I2,"Review Required",IF(TODAY()>I2-180,"Review Pending","Current"))
So, if J2 = Current, I have that cell filled with a Green colour, via a conditional formatting rule.
How do I have A2 filled with a green colour, if J2 is green? Assuming a conditional formatting rule, but can't think of how to do this.
