Hello,

I am sure there is an easy solution to this one.

I have a document containing two worksheets. The first is constantly updated and i want the second sheet to mirror exactly the first sheet. When someone puts a number in the A1 on worksheet 1 and turns the cell green I want cell A1 on the 2nd sheet to automatically be filled with the same number and be turned green.

Basically i want the content and the format of a cell in worksheet 1 to be automically mirrored in worksheet 2

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

cheers

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
In your sheet2, cell A1, reference sheet1 a1 (=sheet1!a1), then copy this throughout your range on sheet2.

copy the conditional formatting from sheet1!a1 onto sheet2 (copy, paste special, formats)
