Automatically update charts as valid data is added

Hello there,

I input information every week and graph that information. I use graphs which hold the last 13 weeks of data. Every week I have to select each graph and select the new data ie. drop the oldest week and pick up the newest. Is there a way I can get these graphs to update as soon as valid data is entered. Note some data that drives the graphs comes from formulas - weeks in the future show as #DIV/O!, the graphs need to ignore these.

That's confusing isn't it........
