automatizing calculation issue

Hi all, I would like to ask your help for a small annoying task.

In few words: I need to automatize a calculation (see image 1) which calculates the division of the M1 cell then multiply it for the relevant values in the fraction count column (see image 2).

However, when I try to scroll down the cell the M1 cell become M2 and so on. I would like to ask you how I can fix M1 cell.

I use various combinations, all the time
