I apologize if this has been covered in a previous post, but here goes. I am working on an Excel project that will greatly help me in doing my bar inventory. If I play my cards right, I might get a promotion! I would like Excel to auto-populate data from another worksheet when I fill in a cell in another worksheet. For example, I am typing in Wild Turkey 101 in the description column, and I would love for Excel to auto-populate the Tare weight and the size of the bottles in two adjacent cells. The data is available in a separate worksheet, which I am currently going back and forth to fill in. Please see the links to see what I mean. Thank you in advance.

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
You will need to use the Index/ Match function or Vlookup. There are many videos and forum topics on both. hey are both pretty easy formulas to learn.
