Autoranking Formula - not working

Hi guys

I've built a balanced scorecard that auto ranks based as the scores are adjusted.

After a bit of Google Fu, I implemented a formula that worked perfectly - in a different file.

I've copied the formula over, adjusted for the new conditions and it won't work. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong - any ideas??

Not sure why I can't post attachments, but my s/sheet is located here.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
The formula worked for me once I formatted the cell as General and re-entered
in the formula.

This would do the same thing.
Code:
=INDEX($D$37:$D$49,MATCH(ROW(1:1),$G$37:$G$49,0))

Excellent - why didn't I think of that?!!

Thank you AlphaFrog.

BTW I've implemented your suggested code and I'm interested to know what the main difference in formula is?
