Autorecover

Is there any way of accessing Autorecover manually ?
I thought I had deleted a worksheet. I knew that (foolishly) I had not saved for a while.
I also knew that if I closed Excel, I would lose any autosaves.
I failed to find anything.
For next time, is there a way out ?
