Hi,

After a very unusual forced shutdown (it took 20 minutes to be able to figure out why both browsers no longer opened!).
I found no sign of the latest sheet I had added to workbook.
When I checked the autorecovery function I found it was no longer working (set to 5 minutes). Tried different times and folders - zilch.
It was definitely working before.

I then tried installing AutoSafe from - http://www.jkp-ads.com/download.asp.
It installed fine, but shows no functionality or other signs of life.

Hoping to avoid any reinstalls of OS, etc...
Can't afford the time...

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Could be worth checking Help...About Microsoft Excel...Disabled Items and see if anything is listed.
