Average based on multiple cells

Hi I'm looking for a formula that would look at multiple cells and if they match the criteria set it would give me an average from the entire column.

using this formula =averageIF(F:F,N3,H:H) which only looks to match n3 in F:F expand that so that it looks at o3 in E:E and p3 in D:D and all 3 match give me the average of H:H
