Average of Changing Cell

How do I calculate the Average of a changing cell. My cell D7 updates every 30sec and I would like to know the average of the values of D7 till I stop the updates. I have a button to stop the macro that updates D7.

What does the code look like to update the cell? You'd need to add a SUM and a COUNT in there to get the average
