Average with conditions

Hi

I'm trying to calculate the average, based on several conditions.

The yellow cells in the attached picture of my sheet, should be counted as 100%, since the reps below are set at 6.
When there is no reps set, it should not be included in the average.

Right now I'm using this formula, which does not give the desired result.

=AVERAGE(FILTER($E$6:$J$15;$B$6:$B$15=K24))
