Barcode Scan Problem

I am trying to use a scanned barcode from a shop traveler to populate a form field based on matching results from a list sheet. I have 2 tabs in the Excel file, 1 has the forms with the fields and the 2nd has the hidden list. This list contains 273 different part numbers and has 4 columns.

I want the barcode scan to find the correct line in the list from column "A" that matches the scanned information and then return the information from column "D". I would like input as to how this might be accomplished.
