Hi,

I have multiple tabs with data & on each tab there is a column with the dates and another column with the value of sales on that day.

I want to have an overall summary tab, where it will total the value of sales across multiple products (on the multiple tabs) for each date.

What is the best formula to do this?

One slight issue, is that for most of the tabs the value will be in the same column - say column H, however there will be a couple of tabs where the value is in cell J.

Thank you

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
By coincidence, I just watched a video called Excel 3D Formulas Explained (Includes a Bonus Excel Hack!). I had seen it before but was going through one of her playlists where it happened to be.
It comes from Leila Gharani's YouTube channel which is a great resource.
Basically if all the worksheets have the same structure - data in the same columns and rows, you can write a simple formula to SUM all the cells from all the other Worksheets. The "hack" at the end is particularly cool!
Hope that helps.
