OK, as you can in the 'Summary' tab, I'm doing a vlookup to find out which inventory this CUSIP is in. however, as you know, vlookup only returns the first resutl, but as you can, see the pivot as shows multiple inventories, currently, I'm manually searching for the CUSIP in the pivot, then manually entering all the inventories in column D (so ultiamtely it'd say "25,29,43,73,and 96.")
the "data" tab is actually a pivot that comes from another tab (not shown in the sample as I was too lazy) and "data2" tab is yet data from another tab....basically, they're getting info from two different sources.
can't think of a more efficient of way of doing this.....
