Black-Scholes #Value! Error

I am trying to model the price of a basic European Call Option but when I try to use the formula I created it returns a #Value! error, but all cells are set to Number. How do I format the cells so that my formula reads the data correctly? Apologies if this question is quite basic, first time using Excel to do something like this.
