I have a spreadsheet excel 16 64 bit windows 10 here is my problem, I want cell G17 to return null value, if cells C3:C5 are blank

Here is what is in G17 =ROUNDDOWN((C17/8),0.2)
Here is what is in C17 just the number 75 that I type in as needed

I have tried if statements, Sumproduct if sum of is "" etc nothing works.
Can someone please help an old man before I lose the rest of what mind I have left

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Try

Excel Formula:
=IF(AND(C3="",C4="",C5=""),"",ROUNDDOWN((C17/8),0.2))

How about,

=IF(COUNTBLANK(C3:C5)>0,(ROUNDDOWN((C17/8),0.2)),"")
