Bond macro file with web page

How to link connection between macro excel file and web-page when web-scraping data to excel.

Since when i am scraping web page data to excel file using VBA, I'm not able to work on any other excel files, since macro is already running.

When i try to open the other excel file the macro file which is already working is getting disturbed and in many cases i lost data which i pulled from the web site.

Is there any way to bond macro file to directly to web page when scraping data from HTML page.
