Bootable CD for Windows XP

Could anyone please guide me / advice me -on how do I create a bootable CD for Windows XP SP 2 Operating System ? I have tried searching for this on Google but most of the pages are to buy the CD.

Any sort of suggestion would be appreciated !

You gotto know that creating a Windows XP Bootable CD is a very tedious process and also there ain't no help around unless you search for it thoroughly within the internet. Moments ago, i got a link where in they have showed the process of creating a Bootable for XP through Nero (Version 6) and it seems complicated enough !

I hope the links that you provided would give me some sort of a tool to create a bootable CD rather building it I could have paid for the CD but my problem here is that I never trust Credit Cards. So if I dont have one, it becomes a problem to pay online.
