Break Links and Save as file name in one macro

Can anyone help??

I have a file which is linked to another book using paste special link. Im trying to create a macro which breaks the links and then saves it in a folder as the file name that Im linking to. I.E I have folders linked to summary 1. Im trying to break the links to summary 1 and then save as summary 1 in another folder.

Can anyone help.
