Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
I can't see that due to security settings at work. Can you describe your problem?

Welcome to the MrExcel board!

A couple of tips to help you get the most from MrExcel:

Firstly, during weekends there are usually not many mambers on the forum so answers often do not come as fast.

Secondly, many helpers here will not download actual files and do not want to have to type out sample data to test solutions. So your linked file and images are not that much use to many of the potential helpers here.

You will get many more potential helpers if you could post that sample data directly here in your thread where we can copy it to our own sheets to work on a suggestion for you.

My signature block below contains 3 methods for posting small screen shots. Test them in the Test Here forum. That way, if something goes wrong, you won’t be messing up a main forum.

I already have 3 tests that applies on different inputs, if only i could merge them all or make a better condition that should be my "G4" it would really be a big help for me :D

test 1 --> =IF(D5>1,A5-1)
test 2 --> =IF(A5=1,C5)
test 3 --> =IF(A5="",0,C5-1)

D5 and so on --> =IF(C5="",0,C5-A5+1)
