Does anyone know how to build a VBA function for portfolio standard deviation expandable.

Your question is not clear , there are a number of Standard deviation functions already present in every version of EXCEL. what are you trying to do?

I'm trying to build my own VBA function that only requires me to select the probability and values to compute standard deviation.

Have you looked at the NORMINV function? I suspect that it will do what you want
