I am trying to build a MS Access 2007 macro that performs the action "TransferSpreadsheet" and exports data from a query to a spreadsheet. The command is hidden i.e. not showing in macro command drop down action list in Access 2007. I have set my Trust Center settings to enable all macros but still, I cannot see the TransferSpreadsheet command. Any idea?
Note: this command was easily found with MS Access 2003.

Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
I ran into this problem too.

If you are in Design View of the Macro, go to the Show/Hide Ribbon and click on "Show All Actions".

Not sure why the default is to hide some of them, I find it rather annoying myself.

Joe, thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately my Show/Hide rubbon only shows 4 commands: Totals, Property Sheet, table Name, and Parameters.
Any hint?

Yep, sounds like you are in Design View in the Queries section, not the Macro section.
