I have statements set up in excel with Invoice Date, Invoice# and Amount. I need to have a column that shows the aging(or # of days past due). Is there a formula for that?

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
If your company's payment term is 30 days, you can use =today()-Invoice Date-30.
If you have different payment terms for different vendors, you may need to add a column as payment term.
