I can calculate the number of welds requiring 5% radiography using the following formulas, but per welder, which I do not have yet...
Where Total Welds is calculated as the sum between cells K13 and K50 (In the first formula)
The formula to calculate 5% uses cell AD13 for the percentage (In second formula)
Tot calcuate the number of welds require to meet the 5% (In the third formula)
=sum(K13:K50)
=K37/AD13
=ROUNDUP(K38,0)
I need to add a formula to take the count of each welder's welds instead of the total number of welds, and then calculate the 5% quantity to determine that the minimum of 5% weld weld was achieved.
Following this process, I then need to track the number of repair welds, plus have a formula to track an additional 2 welds for each rejected weld, and finally if any of the additional weld is found tobe defective, then a further 2 welds to be radiographed.
