For our 6 team cricket tournament, I have prepared my scorecard worksheet, there are 12 separate scorecards. In one team's batting scorecard, I have made one extra column 'Caught by' with a validation of opponent team's 6 players.
I have also prepared a separate sheet named 'Ind.Standing' where each and every players' individual standing has been collected and updated, such his score in each innings, no. of overs bowled by him, no. of wickets taken by him, no. of 4s and 6s hit, no. of catches taken etc etc.
In the scorecard worksheet when I enter player A's name in 'Caught by' column, is automatically updated in 'Ind.Standing' sheet's 'Caught by' column. If A takes 1 catch in one match, he will get 1 point, if 2 catches - 3 points, if 3 catches - 4 points and if 5 catches - 6 points. These points automatically appears in caught by column of Ind. Standing sheet.
