Calculating time, but need the cell to remain blank if no times entered

Ok, I know this should be an easy fix. I am calculating volunteer hours to total in cell H2, but I want H2 to stay blank if there are no times entered in Cells F2 or G2. Thank-you in advance for your help.

Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
