Hi, I have created a pivot table in which one of the columns is answered by a drop down list, with the options being yes, no and pending. Each answer is colour coded, red, yellow and green. In another column the value amount is given. I am trying to total this column to show the total amount of all jobs quoted for but also want the total amount to change to show the total amount for each respective answer when the filter is clicked to show all "Yes", "no" or pending jobs. I have been working on this for days now, to no avail so any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.
