Calculation option "Automatic" not working.

In my excel sheet, calculation option "Automatic" not working. Only Manual works after I hit enter.
Pls help

Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.

have you checked your Event macros ?

In your Quick Access Toolbar, would you have the Calculations Options set to Manual ...?

Automatic calculation works when I select iterative calculation. However pls note that circular reference error is greyed out.

Have you already closed Excel ...

and re-opened it to look into Options>Formulas>Calculation options ....

Sorry ...

But if the File>Options>Formulas ... AND ... in your menu, the Formulas>Calculations Option are both set to Automatic ... cannot help you out any further

Have you got any cells that the formula is looking at where there appears to be a real number, but the cell is formatted as text?
