Can I add a background "TOTAL" bar to my line chart?

(XL 2013/2016/365) I am new to charts. I have a data table created through a connection to an Access table. (I hate doing it all this way, but MS took pivot tables and charts out of Access, so what choice do I have?!) On another sheet, I created a "recommended" pivot table which shows Income by Client - a subtotal row plus month-by-month for each client. Then I created a vertical line chart which shows one vertical line for each month for each client.

Would it be possible to add the subtotals for each client as an additional line?
