I want to be able to set up excel to always default with the same page set up. Margins, footer, etc. I do not want to create a template because this will only work for a new spreadsheet that I create. I want any spreadsheet I open (from others or myself) to open to this pre set format. Any ideas! My boss is buying me lunch if I can come up with an answer for him. THANKS!

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
I wrote a macro that sets up the pages how I want them however, I have to run the macro in order to get the pages to setup with the margins/ headings I want.

You could probably set up a similar macro to run when any workbook is open which would be like having a "default" page setup.
