SELECT Table1.Field4, [Table2].Field1, [Table2].Field2, [Table2].Field3
FROM Table1 INNER JOIN [Table2] ON Table1.Field4 = [Table2].Field4;

Thanks for any help. I'd like to be able to edit the display and have any
changes (or deletions) reflected in Table2.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Is either of these fields...

Table1.Field4 = [Table2].Field4

... a primary key? If not, it's unlikely that you will be able to edit the query.
