I'd like to click a button and a checkbox in my code without actually physically clicking it. Is there a way to do that?

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.

hmm you not being very claer. Do you want to invoke another macro part-way through another macro? If so, you can use the 'Call' command in your code to invoke another macro or procedure i think...

To "click" on the CheckBox, you can use for example

CheckBox1.Value = True

or

CheckBox1.Value = False

or

CheckBox1.Value = Not CheckBox1.Value

to click on the button, just call the CommandButton1_Click Sub as Will suggested.
