Cannot Loaded as Untrusted

My IT department did something that is now causing all my files to load as trusted. I cannot eliminate that from happening. I removed all the trusted locations and on the "Trusted Locations" tab in Options -->Trust center I even selected the checkbox "Disable all Trusted Locations". But they are still loading trusted. Anybody have any suggestions so I can load as untrusted? Thank you in advance.

I figured out my problem. File -->Options--.Trust Center, then "Trust Center Settings". Then under Macro Settings, select "Disable all macros without notification". Then the file loads without trying to run macros.
