Can't Locate and Delete a Data Table

I have a small 5mb workbook and every time I save it takes forever, in the status bar below it says "Data Table: 1". I am thinking this is slowing down the saving, but for the life of me I can't figure out where this data table is so that I can fix or delete it. Any help would be appreciated?
