Hi all,

Complete Noob to PBI, so apologies if this is super easy, or been asked in a different way before.

I want to add a Card that has a dynamically updating Attrition Rate for the company. I can count the leavers from the company easy. But how do I get the card to show the leavers as a percentage of all staff currently in the business?

I have a Headcount Report and Terminations Report, so I know the amount of terminations, I just need the card to show Terminations/Current Headcount

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Hi!

You probably need to create a new measure, something like # leavers / # total employees, and use that measure in your card instead.

Thanks

I ended up with

ATTRITION V1 = Divide(counta(Terminations[Emplid]),(sum(Headcount[headcount average])))

Works perfect - thanks for the pointer
