Cell Reference from a SQL Statement

Hi all,
I am connected to a SQL DB via Power Query in Excel.

The query pulls back all data that i have wrote the query for.

But the issue is that there is 16000 plus rows retrieved.

Is it possible say on another sheet, that i enter a value in Cell A1(32226), it then only retrieve rows that have 32226 in col A from the DB

Hope this makes sense.
