Cell references on refresh

Good afternoon and many thanks for your time and consideration to my problem.

I have a workbook that is an extraction from a SharePoint list. It's remained as a "data file" so refreshing the sheet will update with whatever's on the SharePoint list at that time.

I have a sheet in the same workbook with one column referencing another column on the "data sheet". So basically A1=A1, A2=2, etc

But when I refresh some of the cells are skipped every single time for some reason. For example A1, A2, A3, A6,A7,etc.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you and regards!
