CELLS - want to put

Need the code it takes to uppercase from C2 to W100.

I am putting an "X" in cells that meet certain criteria want it to be uppercase automatically and turn the cell yellow automatically - but would like to do this with code instead of the Shift key or Conditional Formatting ...
